Roll, Gabe Zimmerman, Dorothy Morris, Phyllis Schneck, Dorwan Stoddard, and the youngest victim, 9-year old Christina Taylor Green.

Opponents of the Green Card Lottery have always sought its elimination and the 55,000 visas it provides. But something has recently changed. United States Representative, Darryl Issa (R-CA), the new House Oversight Committee Chair, introduced bill H.R. 43 on January 5, 2011 that seeks to replace the Green Card Lottery with a new Employment-Based Green Card category that would provide 55,000 visas.

On October 27th, 2010, the USCIS International Operations Division and Office of Public Engagement invited stakeholders to participate in discussion on the Cuban Family Reunification Parole Program (CFRP). The CFRP was created to expedite processing for Cubans wishing to be reunited with their family in the United States.
