Hours

In order to visit this office or to speak with an Immigration Service Officer in the Customer Service Division, you must have an appointment scheduled by USCIS, or you must schedule an INFOPASS appointment, on the USCIS website. When our INFOPASS appointment times are full, you will be unable to schedule an appointment. Please try again at a later time.

INFOPASS appointments will not be made available in the system on Thursday afternoons. In addition, once per month, usually on a Thursday, INFOPASS appointments may not be made available for the entire day due to staff training.

The office is closed on all federal holidays.
