Deferred Action is finally here!
The application to apply for Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals, a policy announced by President Obama on June 15th and put into action August 15th, 2012, is now available.
The application process to receive deferred action and work authorization for a period of two years subject to renewal is available for undocumented youth who have come to the U.S. before their sixteenth birthday and meet all the eligibility requirements.
