ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.
This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.
Visitor parking is available in the front parking lot of the building.
Public transportation is available via CARTA, the public bus system.
This office is handicapped accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available in front of the main entrance to the building and in the back parking lot near the back entrance of the building.
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is fingerprinting. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit. You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC.
If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the National Customer Service Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.
