Hours of Service for Military Members
This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

PARKING: There is a 6-story parking facility (it is accessible to people with disabilities and has elevators) located directly across the street from the McCoy Federal Building.

Get off at the Pearl Street Exit.

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.
You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
