Metered parking on the street and fee garage parking is available.

Public Transportation

Public transportation is available using the TRI-MET MAX train, the TRI-MET bus, or the Portland Downtown Trolley stations. For information on TRI-MET call 503-238-7433, Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM or visit their website at www.trimet.org.

Public transportation is also available using the Greyhound Bus and Amtrak Rail.

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is fingerprinting. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit. You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

Filing Services

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC.

Case Services

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the National Customer Service Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.

You should call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283, during the hours we offer live assistance for information and assistance on Case Services.
