Appointment Notices

Application support centers (ASCs) provide biometric services appointments (such as fingerprints, photographs, and electronic signatures) for individuals requesting an immigration benefit with USCIS.

We will schedule you for an appointment at an ASC as we process your case, if required. We will notify you about an ASC appointment by mail or electronically through your USCIS online account, if applicable. You should wait to receive an appointment notice before visiting an ASC.

It is important that you make every effort to attend your scheduled biometric services appointment at the ASC. If you cannot attend your ASC appointment, you may request rescheduling of your appointment through your USCIS online account or by calling the USCIS Contact Center at 800-375-5283 (TTY 800-767-1833). Your request to reschedule should:

* Be made before the date and time of the original appointment (online rescheduling requests must be made at least 12 hours before your existing appointment); and

* Establish "good cause" for rescheduling.

If USCIS does not reschedule your biometric services appointment and you do not appear for your appointment at the ASC, we may deny your application, petition, or request.

Remember to bring your biometric services appointment notice (or notices if you have more than one) and valid, unexpired photo identification (for example, Form I-551, Permanent Resident Card (also known as a Green Card), passport, or driving license), or other identity documentation as authorized by USCIS to the appointment.

For additional information regarding rescheduling requests, please see the News Release. If you need an accommodation for your biometric services appointment, visit the Disability Accommodations for the Public webpage.

For additional information regarding your biometric services appointment, please visit our Preparing for Your Biometric Services Appointment page.

Filing Services

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC.

Case Services

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the USCIS Contact Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.

You should call the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283, during the hours we offer live assistance for information and assistance on Case Services.

Please note: Application Support Centers do not directly provide Case Services assistance that is related to the status of applications or other associated services.

An accommodation is a change in a USCIS practice or procedure that allows a qualified individual with a disability to participate in our programs and activities and access our benefits. An accommodation does not exempt you from a USCIS requirement, but instead modifies how you meet it. Accommodations may vary depending on your disability and needs, and what can be provided.

For more detailed information and updates including "How to request an accommodation", please visit https://www.uscis.gov/about-us/disability-accommodations-for-the-public.

Note: Application Support Centers do not directly provide Case Services assistance that is related to the status of applications or other associated services.
