ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Hours of Service for Military Members
This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

PARKING: There is free on-site parking and handicap parking available in front of building.

Traveling North:
Merge onto Interstate 77 North/US-21 North Via the ramp to Charlotte.
Take Exit 3 for Arrowood Road.
Keep right at the fork and merge onto West Arrowood Road.
Follow West Arrowood Road to South Boulevard.
Merge onto West Arrowood Road
Turn right onto South Boulevard.
The Application Support Center is on the right.
Traveling South from the old ASC:
Head Northeast on Chastian Avenue Toward East Woodlawn Road.
Turn right onto East Woodlawn Road.
Turn right onto South Boulevard.
The Application Support Center is on the right.
Traveling East:
Take Interstate 485 Outer South Towards Columbia.
Merge onto Interstate 485 outer.
Take Exit 67 for Interstate 77 North/US-21 North toward Charlotte.
Keep right, follow signs for Arrowood Road.
Keep right at the fork and merge onto West Arrowood Road.
Turn right onto South Boulevard.
The Application Support Center will be on the right.
Traveling West from McAlpine Creek Park:
Head Southwest toward Monroe Road.
Turn left onto Monroe Drive.
Turn right onto Sardis Road North.
Turn right onto Sardis Road.
Continue onto Fairview Road.
Keep left to stay on Fairview Road.
Turn left at the 1ST cross street onto Park Road.
Turn right onto Archdale Drive.
Turn left onto South Boulevard.
The Application Support Center is on the right.

Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.
You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
