DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
From Interstate 94:
Take Interstate 94 to Michigan City.
Take exit 34B for Franklin Street/SR 421 (Head North).
Go North on Franklin Street/SR 421 for approximately 2 miles.
Make a left (West) on U.S 20 and travel one block.
Make another left in the Kohl's Plaza Shopping Center.
The Application Support Center is at the far west end of the Plaza.

Traveling North From Valparaiso, IN area:
Take IN-2.
Turn left onto US-421/IN-2/North Flynn Street.
Continue to follow US-421.
Turn left onto West US-20/US-20.
Take a left into the Kohl's Plaza Shopping Center.
The Application Support Center is at the far west end of the Plaza.

Traveling South from the Michigan area:
Take Interstate 94 West and cross into Indiana.
Take Exit 34B toward Michigan City and merge onto US-421/South Franklin Street.
Take a left onto West US-20/US-20.
Take a left into the Kohl's Plaza Shopping Center.
The Application Support Center is at the far west end of the Plaza.

Traveling East from Bourbonnais, IL area:
Take Interstate 57 North.
Take exit 345A toward Indiana and merge onto Interstate 80 East.
Keep right at the fork in the road to continue onto Interstate 80 East (a portions toll road) and cross into Indiana.
Staty straight to go onto Interstate 94 East.
Take exit 34B toward Michigan City and merge onto US-421.
Turn left onto US-20/US-20
Take a left into the Kohl's Plaza Shopping Center.
The Application Support Center is at the far west end of the Plaza.

Traveling West from the South Bend area:
Take US-31 BR/IN-933.
Turn left and take the Interstate 80/Interstate 90 ramp toward the Indiana Toll Road.
Merge onto Interstate 80 West/Interstate 90 West/Indiana Toll Road (a portions toll road) toward Chicago.
Continue on the Toll Road to the Michigan City exit.
Turn left toward Michigan City (US-421 North/Franklin Street).
Continue to US-20.
Turn left onto US-20.
Take a left into the Kohl's Plaza Shopping Center.
The Application Support Center is at the far west end of the Plaza.

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
