This office provides services to military personnel from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Take Exit 34 from 1-265 West.
Turn right onto US-42.
Use the left two Lanes to Turn Left onto the KY-841/I-265 Ramp to I-71.
Merge onto IN-265.
Continue onto I-265 West/KY-841 South.
Use the right 2 lanes to turn right onto Brownsboro Road.
Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto KY-1747 South/North Hurstbourne Parkway. Turn left onto Forest Green Boulevard.

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC
