Hours of Service for Military Members
This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Head West on NY-7 West.
Use the left two lanes to turn left onto Albany Shaker Road.
Turn right onto NY-155 West.
Continue straight onto Watervliet Shaker Road.
Turn left onto Wall Street.

TRAVELING SOUTHEAST:
Head Northeast on Jackson Avenue toward Greeley Street.
Continue on Albany Street.
Take NY-5 East to Wall Street in Colonie.
Turn right onto Albany Street.
Turn left to stay on Albany Street.
Turn left onto Stanford Avenue
Stanford Avenue turns right and becomes NY-5 East.
Turn left onto Waterman Avenue.
Turn right onto Consaul Road.
Continue onto Watervliet Shaker Road.

Take NY-155 West to Wall Street.
Head Southeast on NY-2 East toward School Street.
Turn right onto Old Loudon Road.
Turn Right onto NY-155 West.
At the traffic circle take the 3rd exit onto Wolf Road.
Turn right onto NY-155 West.
Use the left two lanes to turn left to stay on NY-155 West.
Continue straight onto Watervliet Shaker Road.
Turn left onto Wall Street.

Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.
You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
