Hours of Service for Military Members
This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Traveling North:
Merge onto Interstate 294 North/Interstate 80 West.
Keep left to continue on I-294 North.
Exit onto IL-50 North/South Cicero Avenue.
Make a U-turn.

Traveling South from the old site:
Head South on South Pulaski Road toward 52nd Street.
Turn right onto West 55th Street.
Turn left onto South Cicero Avenue.
The Application Support Center is on the right.
Traveling East:
Take Interstate 55 North.
Take Exit 279A to merge onto US-12 East/US-20 East/US-45 South LaGrange.
Merge onto IL-171 North Archer Avenue via the ramp on the left to Archer Avenue/79th Street.
Take a slight tight toward West 79th Street.
Continue onto West 79th Street.
Turn right onto Cicero Avenue.
The Application Support Center is on the right.
Traveling West From South Chicago:
Head North on South Escanaba Avenue toward East 85th Street.
Turn right at the first cross street onto South Exchange Avenue.
Turn right onto East 87th Street.
Turn right onto South Cicero Avenue.
Make a U-turn.

Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.
You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
