ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Wednesday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Note: An appointment is required to visit this office.

Hours of Service for Military Members

This office provides service to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Parking, Transit and Accessibility

PARKING: Visitor parking is available in the front parking lot of the building at the Charleston Application Support Center.

ACCESSIBILITY: This office is accessible to people with disabilities. The accessible entrance is available at the front door of the main entrance to the building and in the back parking lot near the back entrance of the building.

Driving directions to the Charleston Application Support Center are as follows:

Traveling from the North(Columbia, SC)
Take Interstate 26 East to Charleston.
Take Exit 216A SC-7 South toward Cosgrove Avenue/US-17 South.
Merge onto SC-7 South.
Make a slight right onto Sam Rittenberg Boulevard.
The Application Support Center is on the left.

Traveling from the Northeast(Myrtle Beach/Conway)
Take US-17/US-17 By-pass South.
Continue to follow US-17 South.
Merge onto I-26 West in Charleston.
Take Exit 216A for SC-7 South/Cosgrove Avenue.
Merge onto SC-7 South/Cosgrove Avenue.
Continue to follow SC-7 South.
Make a slight right onto Sam Rittenberg Boulevard.
The Application Support Center is on the left.

Traveling from the Northwest (Aiken)
Take Interstate 20 Eastbound to Columbia, SC.
Once in Columbia, merge onto Interstate 26 East to Charleston.
Take Exit 216A SC-7 (South) toward Cosgrove Avenue/US-17 South.
Merge onto SC-7 South.
Make a slight right onto Sam Rittenberg Boulevard.
The Application Support Center is on the left.

Traveling from the East(Charleston)
Take US-17 North.
Merge onto Interstate 26 West.
Take Exit 216A for SC-7 South/Cosgrove Avenue.
Merge onto SC-7 South/Cosgrove Avenue.
Continue to follow SC-7 South.
Make a slight right onto Sam Rittenberg Boulevard.

Traveling from the South (Savannah, GA)
Take Interstate 95 North.
Take Exit 33 to merge onto US-17 North.
Turn left onto SC-7 North/Sam Rittenberg Boulevard.
The Application Support Center is on the right.

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC
