Appointment Notices
ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Wednesday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Hours of Service for Military Members
This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

PARKING: There is public parking available near the office.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
Take Interstate 71 to downtown Cincinnati.
Get off at Exit 1C for 3rd Street.
Head east on 3rd Street.
Turn left onto Main Street.
The Application Support Center is on the right in the J.W. Peck Federal Building.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
There are Fast Park shuttles that run from the bus station to the Federal building every 15 minutes for those who are riding buses into Cincinnati. Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.
You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the USCIS Contact Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.
