Hours of Service for Military Members
This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Traveling North:
Take North Interstate 35 East Service Road.
Continue on North Interstate 35 East Service Road.
Take I-35E North to East Pleasant Run Road in Desoto.
Turn left onto East Pleasant Run Road.
Make a U-Turn at the Meadows Parkway.
The Application Support Center is in the shopping center on the right.
Traveling South from the old ASC:
Make a left onto Camp Wisdom.
Turn onto Cockrell Hill.
Make a left onto I-20 East.
Continue onto I-20 East.
Take Exit 467B/I35 East.
Take Exit 415 Pleasant Run Road to the right.
Continue on Pleasant Run Road for about a mile.
The Application Support Center is in the Shopping Center on the left.
Traveling East from Arlington, Texas:
Take the ramp onto I-20 East.
Follow I-20 East to North Beckley Avenue/North Interstate 35 East Service Road South in Desoto.
Take Exit 415 from I-35E South.
The Application Support Center is in the Shopping Center on the left.
Traveling West:
Head Southwest on East Belt Line Road toward Little Street.
Turn right onto Sunrise Road.
Turn left onto East Pleasant Run Road.
Make A U-Turn at the Meadows Parkway.
The Application Support Center is in the Shopping Center on the right.

Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.
You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
