ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Note: An appointment is required to visit this office.

Hours of Service for Military Members

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Traveling North from the Old ASC:
Head West on Silver Lane toward Clement Street.
Turn right onto Main Street.
Continue onto King Street.
Continue Onto Ellington Road.
The Application Support Center is on the right.

Traveling South:
Merge onto I-291 East.
Take the route 291 East ramp to 4/Route 5/Manchester.
Continue onto I-291 East.
Take US-5 South to Ellington Road in East Hartford.
Continue straight to Ellington Road.
Turn left onto School Street Square Plaza off Ellington Road.
The Application Support Center is on the left.


Traveling East from the University of Hartford:
Take CT-218 East/Cottage Grove Road.
Continue to follow CT-218 East.
Turn right onto Interstate 291 East ramp to South Windsor.
Continue onto I-291 East.
Take Exit 4 to Merge onto US-5 South.
Continue straight onto US-5 South/Ellington Road.
Turn left onto School Street Square Plaza off Ellington Road.
The Application Support Center is on the left.

Traveling West:
Merge onto I-291 West.
Take Exit 4 for US-5 toward South Windsor/East Hartford.
Turn right onto US-5 South.
Continue straight onto US-5 South/Ellington Road.
Turn left onto School Street Square Plaza Off Ellington Road.

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC
