Hours of Service for Military Members
This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Take Interstate 820 North.
Take Exit 9 toward Quebec Street.
Merge onto Jim Wright Freeway/NW Loop 820.
Turn left at Quebec Street.
Make a right turn in front of IHOP.
Make a left turn at the sign for Mattress Giant.
The Application Support Center is on the left.
Traveling toward the South:
Take Interstate 35 West.
Take Exit 57B and merge onto Interstate 820 West.
Take Exit 10A toward TX-199, Jacksboro Highway, and Quebec Street.
Merge onto Jim Wright Freeway.
Take a slight right to go toward Lake Fort Worth Boulevard and NW Loop 820.
There will be signs for TX-199 and Jacksboro Highway.
Turn right at Lake Worth Boulevard/NW Loop 820.
Continue to follow Lake Worth Boulevard.
Turn left at NW Center Drive.
NW Center Drive will turn left and become Quebec Street.
The Application Support Center is on the left.

Take Interstate 20 East.
Take a slight left onto Interstate 30 East.
Take exit 5B and merge onto Interstate 820 North.
Take Exit 9 toward Quebec Street.
Merge onto Jim Wright Freeway/NW Loop 820.
Turn left at Quebec Street.
Make a right turn in front of IHOP.

Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.
You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
