ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
From Kleberg and Willacy Counties:
Take Highway 77 South to Harlingen.
Take the exit for Harlingen at Tyler Street.
Continue south on the access road.
Pass Lincoln Street and turn right onto Midlane Avenue.
Continue two blocks and turn left onto Zoy Street.

From Brownsville/San Benito Areas:
Take Expressway 83 North.
Take the exit for Lincoln Street.
Turn left, using the turn around lane, to bypass the Lincoln Street Intersection.
Turn left going south on the access road.
Turn right onto Midlane Avenue.
Continue two blocks and turn left onto Zoy Street.

From Brooks, Hidalgo, and Starr Counties:
Take Expressway 83 South.
Take the exit for Dixieland Road.
Continue south on the access road.
Pass Lincoln Street and turn right onto Midlane Avenue.
Continue two blocks and turn left onto Zoy Street.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
Bus stops for the USCIS Office are approximately two blocks from the office via Rio Metro (City of Harlingen residents only) or Valley Metro Bus Route #41.

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC
