Appointment Notices
ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Tuesday: 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Hours of Service for Military Members
This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.
Parking, Transit and Accessibility
PARKING: Parking is available on the street, at Waterfront Plaza, and at commercial parking lots. The public parking entrance at Waterfront Plaza is on Pohukaina Street. This office does not validate parking.
ACCESSIBILITY: This office is accessible to people with disabilities.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
Heading West on H1 freeway:
Take the Vineyard Boulevard exit.
Turn left onto Punchbowl Street.
Head south on Punchbowl Street.
Turn left onto Pohukaina Street.
Heading East on H1 freeway:
Take the Punchbowl Street exit.
Head south on Punchbowl Street.
Turn left onto Pohukaina Street.
The office is located in Building 2 of the Waterfront Plaza Complex. Building 2 is on the corner of Punchbowl and Pohukaina.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
Use bus routes 19, 20, 42, 55, 56, or 57.
Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.
You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule an appointment.
For biometric appointments scheduled at the Honolulu ASC, you may appear for your appointment on your scheduled date or as a walk-in before your scheduled date. Please note that if you come as a walk-in, you may experience long wait times or the ASC may not be able to process you due to high case volumes, in which case you will have to return on another date and time. If you cannot appear for your appointment by the scheduled date, follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule your appointment.

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the USCIS Contact Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.
