Appointment Notices

ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Monday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday:  8:00 a.m.- 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Note: An appointment is required to visit this office.

Hours of Service for Military Members

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

PARKING: There is limited public parking available near the office.

Public Transportation

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
Take Interstate 65 to Exit 113.
Head south on Route 31, North Meridian Street.
The office is on the left just south of the interstate overpass.
The new site is approximately 417 feet north of the old ASC.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
The bus routes with nearby stops include #4 (Ft. Harrison), #18 (Nora), #25 (West 16th Street), #28 (St. Vincent), #38 (Lafayette Square), and #39 (East 38th Street).

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the USCIS Contact Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.
