The Grand Rapids Application Support Center is in the City of Kentwood which is located in the southeastern section of the greater Grand Rapids area.
Driving directions are as follows:
From Interstate 96:
Take exit #43 for 28th Street.
Travel west on 28th Street for five miles to the intersection of 28th Street and Breton Road.
Turn left (south) on Breton Road and travel approximately 2 miles to the intersection of Breton Road and 44th Street.
Go through the intersection and turn left into the Bretwood Center.
The Application Support Center is located in the Bretwood Center.
From US-131:
Take exit # 79 for 44th Street SW.
Continue 4 miles east to the intersection of 44th Street SE and Breton Road SE.
Turn right (south) on Breton Road.
Turn left into the Bretwood Center.

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.
You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
