ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Hours of Service for Military Members

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Go south on Bruce Woodbury Beltway West/Clark County 215 East.
Merge onto Roy Horn Road.
Turn right onto South Jones Boulevard.
Turn left onto West Badura Avenue.
The Application Support Center is on the left.

Traveling Toward The West:
Take Interstate 215 West (Bruce Woodbury Beltway West/Clark County 215 West).
Take Exit 14 for Jones Boulevard.
Merge onto Raphael Rivera.
Turn left onto South Jones Boulevard.

The 204 bus is available to the Application Support Center.

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the USCIS Contact Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.
