ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Hours of Service for Military Members

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

PARKING: There are parking lots and garages within walking distance of the ASC. Please note, on-street parking is prohibited immediately adjacent to the Lawrence Field Office on Mill Street, Canal Street, and Methuen Street.

Take Interstate 93 South:
Take Exit 48 for Interstate 93/MA-213 toward Haverhill and Methuen.
Keep left at the fork to continue toward MA-213 East and merge onto MA-213 East.
Take Exit 2 and merge onto Broadway/MA-28 toward Methuen.
Turn left at North Canal Street.
Turn right at Methuen Street.
Turn right at Mill Street.
The Application Support Center is on the left.

From the South:
Take Interstate 93 North:
Take Exit 44A and merge onto Interstate 495 North toward Lawrence.
Take Exit 42B to merge onto MA-114/Winthrop Avenue.
Take a slight right at South Union Street.
Turn left at North Canal Street.
Turn right at Mill Street.
The Application Support Center is on the right.

From the East:
Take Central Street/MA-133/AM-97 southwest toward Andover Street/MA-133.
Take a slight right at Andover Street/MA-133
Continue to follow MA-133.
Turn left at MA-125/MA-133/Osgood Street.
Turn right at Sutton Street.
Continue on Merrimack Street.
Turn right at Duck Bridge/South Union Street.
Turn left at North Canal Street.
Turn right onto Mill Street.

From the West:
Take US-3 South.
Take Exit 31 for Interstate 495/Lowell Connector/US-3
Follow the signs for Interstate 495 and merge onto Interstate 495 North.
Take Exit 42B to merge onto MA-114/Winthrop Avenue.
Take a slight right at South Union Street.
Turn left at North Canal Street.
Turn right at Mill Street.

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

Filing Services

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC.
