ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Hours of Service for Military Members
This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
Take Highway 99 to Exit 241 for Kansas Avenue.
Head west on Kansas Avenue.
The Application Support Center located in the Cross Roads Shopping Center which is at the Northwest corner of Kansas Avenue and Carpenter Road.
The Application Support Center is located at the Southwest corner of the shopping center.

Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.
You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
