Appointment Notices

ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Monday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Tuesday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Hours of Service for Military Members

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Parking, Transit and Accessibility

PARKING: Parking is available at metered lots on the street or in various parking garages. The parking garage fees range from $6.00 and up per hour.

ACCESSIBILITY: This office is accessible to people with disabilities.

Public Transportation

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
Take Route 9A, the Westside Highway.

If you are heading north on the Westside Highway:
Take the exit for Spring Street.
Head east on Spring Street.
Turn left onto Hudson Street.
Turn right onto West Houston Street.
Turn right onto Varick Street.
The Application Support Center is on the right.
The entrance to the building is on West Houston Street.

If you are heading south on the Westside Highway, get off at 14th Street.
Follow 14th Street to 7th Avenue.
Turn right onto 7th Avenue.
7th Avenue becomes Varick Street.
The Application Support Center is on the right.
The entrance to the building is on West Houston Street.

From FDR Drive:
Take the exit for East Houston Street
Continue straight.
The Application Support Center is on Varick and West Houston Streets.
The entrance to the building is on West Houston Street.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
By Train:
Take the number 1 train to the Houston Street station.
Exit the station and head south on Varick Street.
The Application Support Center is on the right.
The entrance to the building is on West Houston Street.

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the USCIS Contact Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.
