ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Wednesday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Note: An appointment is required to visit this office.

Hours of Service for Military Members

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
Traveling toward the North
Take Florida's Turnpike North onto Portions Toll Road.
Take Exit 254 South to the right onto Bee Line Expressway (Portions Toll Road).
Take Exit SR-436 towards Orlando.
Merge left onto Fl-436 and make a U turn.
The Application Support Center is on the right.

Traveling toward the South
Take Interstate 4 West.
Take exit 38 and merge onto West Anderson Street which becomes East Anderson Street.
Turn left onto East West Expressway (Portions Toll).
Take exit 14 and merge onto Underhill Road.
Turn right onto FL-436 and make a U turn.
The Application Support Center is on the left.

Traveling toward the East
Take Florida's Turnpike south on Portions Toll Road.
Take exit 265 and merge onto East West Expressway (Portions Toll).
Take Exit 14 and merge onto Lake Underhill Road.
Turn right onto Fl-436 and make a U turn.
The Application Support Center is on the right.

Traveling toward the West
Take Bee Line Expressway (Portions Toll) to SR-436 north towards Orlando.
Merge onto Fl-436.
The ASC is on the right.

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC
