Appointment Notices

ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Hours of Service for Military Members

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
Traveling South To The ASC:
Take AZ-51 South.
Follow signs to get on Interstate 10 East toward Tucson.
Merge onto Interstate 10 East.
Take Exit 148 for Washington Street toward Jefferson Street.
Turn right onto East Washington Street.
Turn left onto South 16th Street.
The ASC is on the right.

Traveling East To The ASC:
Take Interstate 10 East.
Take Exit 143B and merge onto Interstate 17 South/US-60 East/Interstate 10.
Take Exit 195A toward 16th Street.
Turn left onto South 16th Street.
The ASC is on the left.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
The bus stop closest to the office is at the corner of 16th Street and Buckeye Road, located on the adjacent block from the office.

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the USCIS Contact Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.
