ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Hours of Service for Military Members

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

From the East:
Take Interstate 80 West toward Reno.
Merge onto US-395 South via Exit 15 toward Carson City.
Take Exit 60 for South Meadows Parkway.
Turn left onto South Meadows Parkway.
Turn left onto Double R Boulevard.
Turn right onto Sandhill Road.
790 Sandhill Road is on the right.

From the West:

From Reno, take Rapid/Rapid Connect to Meadowood Mall and transfer to Bus Route number 56. From Sparks, take Bus Route number 54 and transfer to Bus Route number 56.

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the USCIS Contact Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.
