Hours of Service for Military Members
This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Traveling Northeast from the Old ASC:
Head Northwest on Portland Street toward Causeway Street.
Turn right onto Causeway Street.
Turn left onto Charleston Bridge/North Washington Street.
Continue onto Rutherford Avenue.
Turn left onto US-1 North ramp to Tobin Bridge.
Follow US-1 North to MA-16 East/Revere Beach Parkway.
Follow MA-16 East/Revere Beach Parkway to Everett Street.
Keep left to continue toward Everett Street.
Turn right onto Everett Street.
The Application Support Center is on the right.
Traveling South:
Follow US-1 South and MA-60 East to Revere.
Merge onto US-1 South/Broadway/Newburyport Turnpike.
Keep Left to Continue on US-1 South.
Take the MA-60 Exit toward Malden/Revere.
At the traffic circle,take the 3rd exit onto MA-60 East/Squire Road.
At the traffic circle, take the 2nd exit onto MA-60 East heading to Revere Beach/Boston.
Make a slight right toward Everett Street.
Continue straight.
Turn left at Beach Street.
Turn left at Revere Beach Parkway.
Turn right onto Everett Street.
The Application Support Center is on the right.
Traveling East from Lego Land:
Head West on Artisan Way.
Turn right onto Grand Union Boulevard.
At the Traffic Circle, take the 2nd exit and stay on Grand Union Road.
Turn right onto Fellsway/Wellington Bridge.
Continue to follow Fellsway.
Turn right onto Revere Beach Parkway.
Keep left to continue toward Everett Street.
Turn right onto Everett Street.
The Application Support Center is on the right.

Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.
You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
