Appointment Notices

ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Hours of Service for Military Members

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Traveling North To The ASC:
From Interstate 15 North towards Salt Lake City.
Take Exit 306 for 600 South.
Continue East on 600 South.
Turn right onto 200 East.
The ASC is on the right.

Traveling South To The ASC:
Take Interstate 15 South toward Salt Lake City.
Take Exit 307 for 400 South.
Turn left onto 400 South and continue eastbound.
Turn right onto 200 East.
The ASC is on the right.

Traveling East To The ASC:
Take Interestate 80 East toward Salt Lake City.
Take Exit 121 for 600 South.
Continue East on 600 South.
Turn right onto 200 East.
The ASC is on the right.

Traveling West To The ASC:
Take Interstate 80 West toward Salt Lake City.
Continue on Interstate 80 to 600 South in Salt Lake City.
Interstate 80 and Interstate 15 will merge in Salt Lake City.
Take Exit 306 for 600 South.
Continue Eastbound on 600 South.
Turn right on 200 East.
The ASC is on the right.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
The bus route for the ASC is #200 State Street, with a stop at 685 South State Street. The trax red line stop is at the library. For more information about routes, schedules, and transfers, visit the Utah Transit Authority (UTA) website at www.rideuta.com.

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the USCIS Contact Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.
