ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Take I-37 North.
Take Exit 133 to merge onto I-410 North.
Take Exit 35 for US 87/Rigsby Avenue toward Victoria.
Merge onto SE Loop 410/I-410 access road.
The Application Support Center (ASC) is on the right.

TRAVELING SOUTH
Take US-281 South.
Use the second from the right lane to take I-410 West Exit.
Keep left at the fork.
Follow signs for Interstate 410 East and Merge onto I-410 East.
Take I-35 South/I-410 South Exit toward San Antonio/Randolph Boulevard/Windcrest.
Keep left and merge onto I-35 South/I-410 South.
Keep right at the fork to continue on I-410 South.
Take Exit 35 toward US 87/Rigsby Avenue/Victoria.
Drive to SE loop 410/I-410 Access Road.
Merge onto SE loop 410/I-410 Access Road.
Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Rigsby Avenue.
Use the left 2 lanes to turn left at the 1st cross Street onto SE Loop 410/I410 Access Road.

TRAVELING EAST
Take I-10 East.
Take Exit 581 for Interstate 410 South.
Merge onto I-410 South.
Take Exit 35 toward US 87/Rigsby Avenue/Victoria.
Drive to SE Loop 410/I-410 Access Road.
Merge onto SE 410/I-410 Access Road.
Use the left 2 lanes to turn left onto Rigsby Avenue.
Use the left 2 lanes to turn left at the 1st cross street onto SE Loop 410/I-410 Access Road.
The Application Support Center is on the right.

TRAVELING WEST
Take County Road 357.
Turn right onto US-87 North.
Turn right onto South FM 3465.
Turn left onto TX-107 Loop West.
Turn right onto US-87 North (Pass by The Jack in the Box on the right in 7.7 miles).
Make a slight right toward SE Loop 410/I-410 Access Road.
The Application Support Center is on the right.

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about by mail of the address for your scheduled appointment. Please consult the appointment notice that is mailed to your from USCIS on Form I-797 for the time, date, and location of your appointment.

Filing Services

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC
