Appointment Notices

ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Tuesday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Hours of Service for Military Members

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Parking, Transit and Accessibility

PARKING: There is limited street parking available. Parking facilities are available in the area with prices generally ranging from $15.00 to $27.00 a day.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
Driving directions are as follows:
From the north, take Highway 101 to San Francisco.
Follow 101 toward downtown.
Go left on Broadway toward the Embarcadero.
The Application Support Center is on the left.

From the south, take Highway 101.
Go right on Broadway toward the Embarcadero.
The Application Support Center is on the left.

From the East Bay, take Interstate 80 to San Francisco.
Take the exit for Harrison Street and the Embarcadero.
Turn right onto Harrison Street.
Turn left onto The Embarcadero.
Turn left onto Broadway.
The Application Support Center is on the right.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
If you are taking Public Transportation, take the #10 or #12 bus.

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the USCIS Contact Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.
