Appointment Notices
ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Hours of Service for Military Members
This office provides services to military personnel from 8:00AM to 4:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Traveling North from Gilroy:
Take US-101 North Via the ramp to San Jose.
Merge onto US-101 North.
Keep right at the fork to continue on CA-85 North (Follow signs for Cupertino/Mountain Vie).
Take Exit 4 for Blossom Hill Road.
Turn right onto Blossom Hill Road.
Continue on Blossom Road to Destination (0.4 Miles).
Turn right (433 feet).
Turn right (108 feet).

Head Southwest on Carl Street toward Coleman Avenue.
Turn right at the first cross street onto Coleman Avenue.

Merge onto CA-87 South, toward I-280.
Continue toward CA-85 South, Gilroy.
Take Exit 4 onto Blossom Hill Road.
Turn left on Blossom Hill Road.
Turn right onto Snell Avenue.
Turn right onto VTA Park and ride access.
Turn left (Pass by I Love Kickboxing San Jose).

Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.
You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC
