ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Wednesday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Driving directions are as follows:
From the North, take Interstate 70 East.
Exit at Memorial Drive.
Take a right on Market.
Take a left on South Tucker Boulevard.
Turn right on Spruce Street.

From the South, take Interstate 55 North.
Exit at Lafayette Avenue, stay straight to go to Truman Parkway.
Turn right onto Chouteau Avenue.
Turn left onto 14th Street.
Turn right onto Spruce Street.

From Illinois, take Interstate 55 and 70 West.
Cross the Poplar Street Bridge and take the 9th Street exit.
Turn left onto Clark Avenue.
Turn left onto South Tucker Boulevard.
Turn right onto Spruce Street.

From the West, take Interstate 40 East.
Exit at 14th Street.
Turn left onto 14th Street.
Turn right onto Spruce Street.

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the USCIS Contact Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.
