ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Hours of Service for Military Members
This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Head North on South Warren Street toward East Jefferson Street.

Merge onto Brown Street.
Turn left onto North Townsend Street.
Take the 1st right onto Erie Boulevard East.
Take the 2nd right onto Oswego Boulevard.
Turn left onto James Street.
Take the 2nd right onto North Salina Street.

Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.
You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
