Hours of Service for Military Members
This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Traveling North:
Take I-95 North toward West Palm Beach.
Take Exit 66 and turn left onto FL-882/Forest Hill Boulevard.
Turn right onto FL-807 North.
Make a U-turn.
The Application Support Center is on the left.
Traveling South from North Palm Beach:
Take I-95 South.
Take Exit 68 and turn right onto US-98/Southern Boulevard/FL-80.
Exit on the left onto Australian Avenue/South Congress Avenue toward FL-807 South.
Merge onto North Australian Avenue/South Congress Avenue.
The Application Support Center is on the left.
Traveling East from the Old ASC Royal Palm Beach:
Head East.
Turn left toward Belvedere Road.
Turn right onto Belvedere Road.
Turn right onto Sansbury's Way.
Turn left onto US-98/Southern Boulevard.
Take the FL-807 South/Congress Avenue Exit.
Continue onto FL-807 South/South Congress Avenue.
The Application Support Center is on the left.
Traveling Southwest:
Head West on Royal Palm Way.
Continue onto Royal Park Bridge to Lakeview Avenue.
Go straight onto Okeechobee Boulevard.
Take the South Australian Avenue Exit.
Merge onto I-95 South via ramp to Miami.
Take Exit 66 and turn right onto FL-882/Forest Hill Boulevard.
Turn right onto FL-807 North.
Make a U-turn.
The Application Support Center is on the right.

Appointment Notices
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.
You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
