Hours of Service for Military Members
This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
Driving directions are as follows:
From Interstate 80 East or West:
Take the Reed Avenue exit.
Turn left onto Reed Avenue.
Continue to follow Reed Avenue to the end of the road.
Turn left onto Riverside Parkway.
The Application Support Center is on the first driveway on the left.
Follow the Application Support Center signs.
From Interstate 5 North or South.
Take Interstate 80 West.
Follow the directions above.
PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
Public transportation to and from West Sacramento is available through Yolobus via Route 240 which stops in front of the Social Security Office.
Public transportation from Woodland and Davis is available on Route 42 with connections to Route 240.

Appointment Notices
The only services provided by an ASC after the filing of an application are biometrics. Biometric services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.
You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. It is important that you make every effort to appear for your appointment. Not appearing will at least delay your case. It may mean certain processing steps will have to be repeated. It may also affect eligibility for benefits and could mean we will have to deny the application or petition. Should you need to reschedule your appointment, please follow the instructions provided on the appointment notice.
