ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Hours of Service for Military Members

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Traveling North from Watson Park:
Depart the Park on the East Side via East Carp Street.
Turn left onto South Broadway Street.
Turn left onto East Pawnee Street.
Turn right onto South McClean Boulevard.
Turn left onto West Douglas Avenue.
The Application Support Center is on the right.

Traveling North on Interstate 135:
At Exit 5B, take the ramp right and follow signs for US-54 West/US-400 West.
Take the exit toward the Central Business District traveling North.
Turn right onto South Market Street.
Turn left onto West Douglas Avenue.

Traveling South on Interstate 135:
AT Exit 6A, take the ramp right and follow signs for US-400 West/US-54 West.
Take the exit toward the Central Business District traveling North.

Traveling Southeast from the Old Application Support Center:
Turn left onto 3rd Street.

Take US-400 East/US-54 East/West Kellogg Street.
Take the exit toward the Central Business District traveling North.
Make a slight right onto East Kellogg Street.

Traveling West:
Take US-400 West/US-54 West/West 7th Street/Route 77S.
Take the exit toward the Central Business District traveling North.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
Wichita Transit provides public transportation for the Wichita area. They have 19 bus routes available to the public. These routes may be obtained from Wichita Transits' website at www.wichitatransit.org or by contacting Wichita Transit at 316-265-7221.

Wichita Transit operates its bus routes from 5:45 AM to 6:45 PM Monday through Friday and Saturday from 6:45 AM to 5:45PM.

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC
