Appointment Notices

ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
Driving directions are as follows:
From Interstate 80 East, take Exit 452 for US-75 North.
Take the Cuming Street exit toward Burt Street.
Turn right onto Cuming Street which becomes Abbott Drive.
Turn right onto Avenue H.

From Interstate 80 West, take Exit A for Interstate 29 North, then take the left exit for Interstate 480 West/US-6 West.
OR
From Interstate 29 South, take exit 53B for Interstate 480 West/US-6 West
THEN
Exit at US-6/Dodge Street and continue straight.
Turn right onto North 10th Street.
Turn right onto Abbott Drive.
Turn right onto Avenue H.

The office is located on the right on Avenue H.

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC

If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the USCIS Contact Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.
