ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.
In order to visit this office or to speak with an Immigration Information Officer, you must have an appointment scheduled by USCIS by calling the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283.
Military personnel do not need an appointment. 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday
There is public parking available near the office. The parking fees range from $10 to $20 per day.

This office is handicapped accessible.
The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is fingerprinting. Fingerprinting services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit. You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.
There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC.
If you believe there is a problem with a case that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the National Customer Service Center offers a variety of Case Services for a case that is pending or completed.
