Appointment Notices

ASCs are located in specific places to accommodate customers located near them. Even though most ASCs provide the same services, if you need an ASC, please use the one nearest you.

Tuesday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Wednesday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Thursday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
Friday:  8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Hours of Service for Military Members

This office provides services to military personnel from 9:00AM to 3:00PM, Monday through Friday. Military personnel do not need an appointment.

Parking, Transit and Accessibility

PARKING: There is limited parking and only one parking space available for people with disabilities at this office.

ACCESSIBILITY: This office is accessible to people with disabilities. Please note that the front doors do not have an automatic door button. Someone has to hold the front doors open.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS:
Driving directions are as follows:
From the West, take Expressway 83 to the 23rd street exit.
Turn left at the stoplight.
Continue north on 23rd Street.
Turn right onto Business Highway 83.
Turn right onto Bicentennial.
Go 2 blocks.
The Application Support Center is on the right, between Beaumont and Chicago Streets.

From the East, take Expressway 83 to the Main Street/23rd Street exit.
Go West on Frontage Road.
Turn right onto Bicentennial.
Travel north and pass two stoplights.
Take a left onto Chicago Street.
The Application Support Center is located between Chicago and Beaumont Streets on the west (left) side of Bicentennial.

Appointment Notices

The only after filing service that is provided by an ASC is biometrics collection. Biometrics collection services are by appointment only and are related to an application for an immigration benefit.

You will be notified about an ASC appointment by mail. You should follow the instructions on the appointment notice to reschedule the appointment.

There are no direct filings of applications at an ASC
