This Privacy Policy explains how FileRight, Inc. (“FileRight,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, retains, and otherwise processes personal information in connection with the ImmigrationDirect.com website and related applications, software, tools, and services operated by FileRight (collectively, the “Services”).
We respect the privacy concerns of each visitor and have created this Privacy Policy to explain the types of information that may be collected through your visit to and use of the Services, and how that information may be used.

The Services do not currently respond to “Do Not Track” signals or similar browser-based privacy settings.

Marketing Communications: You may receive marketing communications from us in accordance with applicable law. You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe instructions provided. Even if you opt out, we may still send transactional or service-related communications.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under 18. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it.
This section does not prohibit the collection of information about dependent children when provided by an adult user in connection with immigration-related services.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
12. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
