PARKING: Paid parking is available in the basement of our office building and neighboring buildings. The costs vary. Parking is also available on the street at 2-hour intervals. Parking is limited, so we encourage the public to use public transportation.

Driving directions are as follows:
From Washington DC:
Take Interstate 395 South across the 14th Street Bridge.
Take a right onto Route 110 North.
Follow the sign to Rosslyn which will take you to Wilson Boulevard

From VA:
Take Interstate 395 North to Route-110 North.
Follow the Rosslyn exit onto Wilson Boulevard

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:
Public transportation is available using the Metro's Silver, Orange and Blue lines or using the Transit Authority. There are stops within walking distance from this office. To reach our office by bus or train, go to www.wmata.com/schedules/trip-planner or call 202-637-7000.

By Train: The closest metro stop is Rosslyn metro station, three blocks away from the station on the silver/orange/blue line. Be advised, the walk from the metro is uphill.

By Bus: The 4B, 38B, Arlington Transit 43, 45, and 61 Buses all have stops near the office.

Case Services

If you have an asylum application pending with us, you can check your case status online. All you need is the receipt number that we mailed you after you filed your application. Start here: www.uscis.gov/casestatus

If you believe there is a problem with an application that you filed, you have moved, or you are in need of other services, the USCIS Contact Center offers a variety of services. You may call the USCIS Contact Center at 1-800-375-5283 (if you are deaf, hard of hearing or have a speech disability: TTY 800-767-1833) during the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. You may use, also, any of the online Self Service tools that we offer: go to www.uscis.gov and click on TOOLS.
